Sustainability Pioneer
Accelerating the world’s shift to sustainable energy has been my focus since 2009. I was part of the founding team at Fluence, helping guide its growth from startup through a $4.7 billion IPO and later serving as Managing Director. This journey gave me hands-on experience advising organizations of all sizes from Fortune 500s to startups and policymakers on deploying breakthrough technologies to decarbonize power systems. Alongside my advisory work, I’m a passionate tech evangelist and seasoned public speaker, having delivered nearly 500 talks worldwide, including keynote addresses to audiences of thousands. Recognized by Forbes as a 30 Under 30 honouree, I bring practical industry insight and engaging storytelling to every stage and boardroom.
Technology Futurist
I like to spend time thinking and reflecting about the world we live in and the science and technology breakthroughs that are shaping it. The future isn’t some abstract, distant utopia (or dystopia); the technology adoption curve is accelerating, often with implications that are complex and difficult to fully grasp. As Director of Energy Storage at NEOM - the world’s largest sustainable infrastructure project - I have the unique opportunity to help turn visionary ideas into reality on a global scale - building the world's first at-scale 100% renewable power grid. This hands-on leadership lets me see firsthand how bold innovation can redefine what’s possible for entire industries and societies. I also serve as a board and UN advisor on these topics, and frequently engage the media to share these messages with the world.
Digital Nomad
British-born but of Polish descent, I’m an avid traveller and explorer, having visited nearly 70 countries and territories across six continents and lived in five - from the tropical island of Bermuda to the canals of Amsterdam, the green hills of Northern Ireland, and now the deserts of Saudi Arabia. I believe that seeking out new angles and perspectives on global issues is essential for building bridges, not walls, between communities. Living and working in such diverse places has given me the chance to develop cultural fluency, build an international network, and enrich my understanding of the world. This outlook shapes not only how I approach my work, but also how I connect with people and ideas wherever I go.

I hold masters and doctoral degrees in engineering, with a focus on how to enable a sustainable energy system. I have been leading the conversation as an invited speaker and futurist on sustainability at 500 events including the UN, Forbes Summits, as well as top universities including Imperial, Cambridge and Oxford. I am also a LinkedIn top voice with over 45,000 followers.
Experienced Executive
I have 16 years in tech entrepreneurship, supported by an executive education from Stanford & MIT. I have helped accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy across several leadership roles, most notably as a founder and MD of Fluence, a global leader in BESS. I currently serve in the flex leadership team ENOWA in NEOM, building a 100% renewable power grid from scratch in Saudi Arabia.
Board, Government & UN Advisor
I am an invited expert at the UN Group of Experts on Cleaner Electricity Systems, a subsidiary body of the Committee on Sustainable Energy, meeting typically once a year at the UN headquarters in Geneva. I also serve as a specialist board advisor to infrastructure investor Reichmuth & Co. I have previously worked in Westminster and served on the board of the UK Electricity Storage Network.
